Two-Year Warranty on Writing Instruments

SwissBrand offers a two-year warranty on its writing instruments, covering defects in manufacturing and materials from the date of purchase from an authorized SwissBrand retailer. Mechanical failure is defined as a defect in construction or workmanship that prevents the product from functioning as intended when used in accordance with the Care & Use Instructions provided with the product or available on our website swissbrand.in.

SwissBrand or its authorized service centers have the right to determine if the component is defective and, at their discretion, will repair or replace it with a similar or equivalent product. To claim a replacement or repair, the defective product must be returned to the nearest SwissBrand authorized service center at the customer’s expense (including shipping, insurance, and any handling fees). Customers are encouraged to obtain proof of shipment and insurance against loss or damage when sending products. SwissBrand cannot replace items not received. 

Products with issues not related to mechanical failure may be serviced on a chargeable basis. If the original product is no longer in production, SwissBrand reserves the right to replace it with a comparable product.

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear, stains, discoloration, or scratches.

  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, theft, flood, or other causes beyond our control.

  • Damage caused by ink leaks to textiles, apparel, or other personal property.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence.

  • Repairs or manipulations by unauthorized service personnel.

  • Refills, ink cartridges, or fountain pen nibs worn out during normal use.

  • Damage caused by the use of non-SwissBrand ink or refills.

  • Customizations, logos, or other personalized decorations.

SwissBrand retains the right to modify the terms of its warranties. This warranty provides specific legal rights as applicable under Indian law.
